I had the melody in mind, I was playing the keys out on my Boss Dr. 5 one night at my dude JB's crib. And i was like ayo Rob aka Wen-Del peep this,
he was feelin it, then he added some heavy bass and drums. Then the concept just fell into place, "whats your focus on" i asked them if they would sing the hook I wrote, they laced it.........and then I spazzed on a verse real quick. Its a wrap......during this time period alot of these tracks were just rough drafts.
